2011 most awaited film “Don 2” is set to release on the 23rd December. The Indian action thriller has been directed by Farhan Akhtar. Don 2 is a sequel to the movie “Don: The Chase begins Again” which was released in 2006. The leading roles are played by the actors- Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra with supporting actors – Lara Dutta, Om Puri and Kunal Kapoor. The movie Don 2 will be released in 2D and 3D formats and also in Tamil and Telugu languages.
Don 2 starts from where the previous movie Don: The chase begins again left off. Shah Rukh Khan is not the only villain in the upcoming Don 2, Nawab Shah, who has been seen doing small roles till date, is also the villain in this Farhan Akhtar’s movie. Nawab Shah has earned a lot of appreciation from his senior actors and Shah Rukh Khan has compared his role , performance and screen presence with Arjun Rampal’s role in RA.one.
Don 2 has been shot in India, Germany, Switzerland and Malaysia. The filmmakers usually face a lot of trouble while shooting in Germany because of the strict laws and in order to be eligible for shooting at least 47 points should be met out of 60. But because of Shah Rukh Khan’s stardom in Germany, ie, he is so famous in Germany which made a hell lot of difference to shoot there. Shah Rukh Khan became the 3rd actor to obtain the film shooting permission in Germany after Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise who had earlier shot for the films Inglourious Basterds and Valkyrie respectively.

Bhupen Hazarika was born in 1926 in Sadiya, Assam. He did his Inter (Arts) in Guwahati in 1942, and went to Banaras Hindu University to complete his B. A. in 1944 and M.A. in Political Science in 1946.

Soon after completing his M.A., he left for New York, USA where he lived for five years and received his doctorate (PhD) in Mass Communication from Columbia University. He also received the Lisle Fellowship from Chicago University, USA to study the use of educational project development through cinema.
